My Order Is Not Processing Properly?

The most probable cause is that the information entered into the "Billing Information" fields do not match the card issuer's billing information. Review this first. If you are sure your order should be going through, run through this short list.
  1. Quadruple check your billing information! This is the most common mistake, so make sure it isn't YOUR mistake too!
  2. Have you moved in the last six months? Sometimes your bank or credit card company hasn't updated their information on you yet. Try your old address.
  3. Still getting a rejected from our cart? Perhaps you should try a different card.
  4. We have a United States Only Toll Free Number that you can call for assistance between the hours of 9 am and 6pm (Central Time Zone). The number is 1-888-687-4478.

I want to order a shirt from you, but I don't have access to a credit card. Is there any way I can still order?

We would love to take your order and process it through the mail! All you have to do is follow these directions, 1-2-3!
  1. The first order of business is deciding what to buy. Pick out what shirts you want to buy, what color you want them to be, and what size. E-mail us by CLICKING THIS with that information and indicating your desire to send in a Money Order via mail for your purchase.
  2. Once we get your email with your information, we'll email you right back! Ours will be an invoice that includes your total cost after compiling shirt and shipping fees. It will also include our address to ship your payment to.
  3. When you get your money order, you'll need to put it in an envelope with the invoice that you got in your email and send it off. We'll ship your order ASAP when we get your mail in our hands.

I really just want to know how fast you ship your shirts.

We know for a fact that people want the stuff they pay for in their hands as soon as money changes hands. Since teleportation isn't feasible yet, we can only assure you that we'll ship your order within a day of getting it. All in all, that's pretty fast shipping. We have hours of operation on Mon. thru Fri. between the times of 7 am and 3 pm. Orders do not ship on Sat. or Sun. Also, it stands to reason that any holiday the post office doesn't work...neither do we. Those exceptions aside, we always ship your shirts within 24 hours of your payment. If you buy something on one of the days we are away from the office (weekends and holidays), your purchase will be moved forward in our production the next business day. For instance, if your purchase something on a Saturday, it will be processed on Monday, and then placed in the postman's hands on Tuesday. Our warehouse is fully stocked with nearly every shirt design we offer, but on very isolated incidents it is possible that we do not have your shirt stocked and ready to be made. Even if we have to reorder supplies, this will only set your order back a couple of days and you will still receive your purchases much faster than if you had ordered from some other site.

Everyone wants their packages shipped quick, and we're sure to oblige. Some people need their shirts even quicker, though. That's why there are three different shipping types, one of which is sure to satisfy your specific needs.

If you are a resident of the U.S.A., then you can pick from three different shipping options that we've made available.

  1. Our Standard option will suit most needs, as it arrives to your door in a very speedy 3-8 work days.
  2. If you need your order even faster, you can choose our Expedited Shipping, which means you will get your package in just 2 to 3 business days.
  3. Express shipping will take 1-2 business days to arrive.
SPECIAL NOTATION, PLEASE READ! Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped with Priority Mail and take 5 to 10 business days to arrive. These delivery times are mere approximations, due to the fact that we cannot predict shipping delays associated with the U.S.P.S. or with stocking times when supplies are out. Please feel free to include your email when you order, and we will provide your tracking information when we put your order in the mail for you. This is only available within the Continental United States.

Our International friends from the nations of Denmark, Germany, Finland, Netherlands, Australia, Norway, New Zealand, Great Britain, Canada, North Ireland, and Sweden are welcome to order using our International Shipping option. I know FOUR to EIGHT weeks is a long time to await an order, but that is the unfortunate reality of International shipping. Please have patience! If you were to contact us with complaints after not getting your shirt within a week of ordering it, we will politely point to this FAQ page and tell you that it takes FOUR to EIGHT weeks for delivery. We cannot track the shipments once they leave the United States, so please be patient.

We are legally bound to give a full description of the contents of your package to Customs Agents, as well as the monetary value of those contents. If you request that we mark your package as a gift, it will have no bearing on our requirement to supply this information. We cannot take responsibility for any additional fees your order may incur, so you will have to pay for those fees yourself. We most definitely ship to all Military Addresses! We are hugely grateful for the sacrifice our soldiers willingly make to preserve freedom here, and abroad. We cannot use any other shipping options besides our Standard Shipping, as Military Addresses cannot be shipped to with the Expedited or Express Mail Service. Please disregard the quoted shipping estimates for delivery listed above if you are ordering for an APO/FPO address, as these delivery times do not apply.

We use USPS Standard Shipping for all orders going to PO BOX addresses. These shipments are usually completed within THREE to FIVE business days.

We can easily put our excellent t-shirt designs on the back of any of the tees you purchase, so feel free to leave a message for us in the comment section of your order form that back-printed shirts are what you want, and we will do that for you at no charge.

When you place items in the shopping cart to buy, the cart will not recognize them if you do not have cookies facilitated in whatever Internet Browser you are currently using.
